The service was EXCELLENT. Right by the airport, 9 miles. Reasonable base for city trip in Gurgaon. Room met all required needs.

The hotel had a good location near a lively market and a beautiful park. Staff members were generally friendly and quick to respond to requests, such as ordering food or checking the AC. Some rooms had a nice fragrance.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing and lacked options.

The hotel's buffet system was quite spacious and had a variety of food options which were tasty and fresh. the superior room that I stayed in was well-maintained and had excellent room service. the location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the main attractions.

The parking facilities at this hotel were poor. the guest service was not up to the mark as the staff seemed to be less polite and accommodating compared to other hotels I have stayed at during my business trips.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury, with exclusive amenities like a top, notch spa and wellness centre, a stunning outdoor swimming pool, and private facilities that make you feel like royalty. the restaurant serves mouth, watering dishes, cocktails, and drinks in a friendly bar/lounge area. the location advantage is unbeatable, surrounded by the buzzing pubs, bars and offices of Sector 29.

this was more than compensated for by the exceptional massage, which melted all my stress away from long hours of work.

Service is exceptional, staff is hospitable and will attend to your every need. The hotel staff is very open about employing disabled persons, which is very admirable. Great location and clean rooms regularly. Loved their smart conservation for water.

The noise from their parties became unbearable until late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. , during check-in, there was a mix-up about breakfast and dinner being included in my reservation, which was unsettling.
